  How We Work?

At the start we will construct profiles of our clients and identify who and why the organisation will be using the software. It will be coupled with the assessment of the level of computer literacy of the user. During all phases of the software development, we work close and remain approachable to our clients to ensure their experience of bespoke software development is pleasant and stress free.

Requirement Specification- This is the pivotal part of any project. We identify the needs and wants precisely!

Functional Specification - We produce a document based on the above and outline the software to meet the specification(s).

Long Term Requirements Specification- It is important to identify the needs for the future so that any software designed earlier is easily accommodating later without recourse to major re-development, this is a major step in minimizing any significant future spending for inevitable expansion.

Testing- The system will undergo a rigorous test programme in two stages.

Development- The team will commence the software development using the specifications above. A dedicated account manager will be assigned as a single point of contact for ongoing liaisons. Several prototypes will be created during the development until the specification is met fully.

Unit and System Testing - each unit of the software will be carefully tested followed by testing as a whole system by Seganta.

  Roll Out and Support

After successful user testing, the software will be commissioned and launched. This stage will be fully supported by providing a users guide, manuals and on-site training. Also offered will be hosting services and other support to ensure its smooth and trouble free running.
